Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st January, 2025

 

We want you to feel confident when purchasing a plan with EaseFit. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only eligible within 7 days of the start of your membership.

  • After the 7-day period, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

2. Refund Process

  • Once a refund is initiated and approved, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 15–20 business days.

3. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not applicable on offline plans, partial usage, or session no-shows.

  • Plans purchased at discounted prices or during promotions may have limited refund options (clearly mentioned during checkout).

4. Mode of Refund

  • All refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment only. EaseFit will not be responsible for any delays caused by the bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Any payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or administrative charges are non-refundable.
