Welcome to EaseFit - Fitness Made Easy. By using our website and subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

• All users must be 18+ years or have parental consent to register.

• You agree to provide accurate and updated personal, health, and contact information.

2. 1-Month Plan Duration

• The 1-month plan lasts for 30 days.

• You will receive a personalized workout and diet plan during this period.

• Renewal payments must be made in advance before the current plan expires to avoid disruption.

3. Offline Subscriptions

• Offline 3-month or 1-month plans must be completed within the subscription period.

• No pauses or grace periods are allowed. Any sessions not used within this period will be forfeited.

4. Live Plan Subscriptions

• Live plan members have an additional 7 days after plan expiry to complete pending classes.

5. Class Rescheduling Policy

• To reschedule a class, please inform your trainer at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you fail to inform within the required time, the class will be marked as a "No Show" and deducted from your plan.

6. Trainer Cancellations

• If a trainer cancels a class, the session will be rescheduled or reimbursed appropriately.

7. Health Disclaimer

• All fitness and diet plans are based on the information provided by you.

• EaseFit is not liable for any health complications that may arise due to inaccurate information or non-compliance with suggested plans.

• Always consult with your physician before beginning any fitness program.

8. Intellectual Property

• All materials including videos, diet charts, and guides are proprietary assets of EaseFit and must not be shared or reproduced without permission.

9. Termination

• EaseFit reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to services for misconduct, breach of terms, or misuse of the platform.

​10. Payment Terms

• All payments made to EaseFit are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.

• Payments are non-transferable and non-adjustable to other users or plans unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• Any fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts will lead to immediate suspension of the account, and legal action may be initiated.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

• You can get started for just ₹4,000/month, with live coaching plans available up to ₹12,000/month — tailored to your goals and schedule.
