By accessing or using our website, products, and services, including but not limited to The OG Drink and The OG Reload Plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. By using or purchasing any product from OG THRIVE FOODS PVT. LTD. , you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or purchase our products or services.

2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are 100% error-free, complete, or current. Should any information be inaccurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

2.2 The OG Reload Plan
- Subscription: By subscribing to The OG Reload Plan, you agree to receive monthly shipments of 24 cans, including 6 cans each of our four available flavors.
- Price and Payment: Subscription prices are listed on the website and are subject to change with notice. Payment is processed automatically each month via the payment method you provide.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 1 day before days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this period will apply to the following month.

2.3 Pack of 4 and Pack of 6
- Our individual flavors, including The Electric Blue, Fantastic Orange, OG Lemonade, and Power Cola, are available in packs of 4 and packs of 6. Once the order is confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed or refunded unless there is an issue with the product (see Section 5 for Return Policy).

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping PolicyWe currently offer shipping within INDIA. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the location, and estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout. Any shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated via email.

3.2 Delivery
Our products will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery information is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for any failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in RUPEES and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Methods
We accept CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, UPI, BHIM, CASH as valid forms of payment. Payment is required at the time of purchase or subscription. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to failed payment or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
5.1 Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect in the product or if the product is not as described, you may request a return within 24 HOURS of receipt. Returns must be in the original packaging and unopened.

5.2 Refunds
Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective or damaged during transit. All requests for refunds must be made within 1 day of receiving your order. Once we have received the returned product and confirmed its condition, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

5.3 Exchanges
Exchanges for different products or flavors are not permitted unless the received product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.
